We collect account and sign-in details, prompts and results, usage and credit records, purchase records, support messages, and security and diagnostic data. When you create an account to request early access, we collect your email and any answers you submit and may send signup and access-status notifications. These are not marketing emails. Our website currently loads Google Analytics 4 when a page opens. It collects website-use information, device and browser details, approximate location, and online identifiers. There is currently no analytics accept/reject control.
We use this information to provide Harnyx, manage accounts and purchases, review early-access requests, handle support, maintain security, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. We use prompts and results to operate and evaluate Harnyx, including review by authorized staff.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we use information as needed to provide the service or fulfill legal obligations, and for legitimate interests in security, support, diagnostics, and service evaluation where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Optional uses require a separate basis where applicable. Accepting the Terms does not authorize marketing or analytics tracking.
