Harnyx is an experimental alpha. Generated results may contain errors, and the service may experience interruptions or changes.
You keep the rights you have in your inputs and may use results commercially, subject to applicable law and others’ rights. Results are not promised to be exclusive or copyrightable. You permit us to process inputs and results to provide, secure, and evaluate Harnyx.
Do not use Harnyx unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or resell credentials or unauthorized access. Keep your credentials secure.
Credits are charged for completed research tasks; failed or timed-out tasks do not use credits. Purchased credits do not currently expire. Free or promotional credits are separate and may expire if stated when granted. Completed usage is not routinely refundable. If Harnyx shuts down, we will refund unused purchased credits, subject to applicable law. Free or promotional credits are not refundable for cash. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
You may close your account using available controls. We may suspend or close access for unlawful use, abuse, security risk, or service discontinuation. We may change these Terms and will give notice of material changes where required by law.
